These are just some general contract interview questions which our recruiters often use when interviewing candidates. So, how would you answer them?

1. Describe the type of client you’d most like to work for.

2. Describe the ideal role you’d play for the client.

3. So, how has your expertise made you prepared for this contract?

4. What accomplishment are you most proud of in previous contracts?

5. What was the most enjoyable training course you have taken as a contractor? Why?

6. What expectations did you meet, not meet in previous contracts?

7. List some obstacles you’ve encountered in previous contracts. So, how did you overcome these?

8. If you were to make one suggestion to management, from your experiences as a contractor, what would that be?

9. Describe what you liked most about your previous contract.

10. How do you evaluate your own performance on a contract?

11. What do you consider to be your greatest strength?
