He set it up as an alternative to his boring university studies.
He wanted something he could do from his bed and still make money.
Now it gets 20m viewers.
And CNN has just paid $200m for it.
Not bad pocket money for a 25-year-old.
People to Watch
Incidentally, he never did get to finish university.
Peter Cashmore appeared, therefore, this year in The Times 100 People to Watch in 2012.
So, that prediction has come pretty quickly.
