Tier-1

The Government announced recently that IT would be in Tier-1 when it came to assessing migrants from countries outside the EU. Tier-1 means it‘s easiest to get.

In Tier-1 you need 65 points to qualify to get into the UK without a Work Permit to find work.

This means that the whole of the world‘s IT workers can now come to the IT to work – provided that they can meet the criteria of 65 points.

So, is it still pretty difficult for the world‘s IT workers to come here to compete with UK IT workers – or is it easy.

You be judge after looking at these examples. We will look at 3 examples in India and the USA.
