The guidance and/or advice contained within this website are subject to the UK regulatory regime, and are therefore targeted at consumers based in the UK.
The FSA do not regulate some forms of mortgages (e.g. buy to let), some forms of secured lending and certain other insurance / protection products.
We would normally be paid for any advice we give via commission from the insurance company or mortgage procuration fees from the lender however, as we have chosen to remain independent, we are happy to offer the option of you’re paying a fee for our advice.
